4. Payment Terms

A deposit is typically required to begin work. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or legal action to recover owed funds.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your project prior to materials being ordered. After that point, cancellations may be subject to restocking or cancellation fees. Refunds for deposits are issued at the company’s discretion, based on work already completed or materials purchased.

6. Warranties

BluSky Patio Covers offers a limited warranty on labor and materials, the specifics of which will be outlined in your project agreement. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors such as weather events are not covered.

7. Site Access & Responsibilities

Customers must ensure access to the job site during scheduled installation times. BluSky Patio Covers is not responsible for delays due to site access restrictions, weather, or third-party issues.
